network programming - How to route all internet traffic of iOS device through Tor? -

i have application routes internet traffic of application through tor. now, want implement functionality route internet traffic of ios device through tor using network extension framework.

i have couple of questions in regard

1) possible achieve this?

2) apple allow this? (i have posted query apple didn't response)
